Job summary

Citi is seeking an AVP Field Sales Senior Officer to build and manage strategic relationships with Tractor Supply leadership, driving credit awareness and penetration across multiple regions in North Carolina. The role requires frequent travel and in-person/virtual training to optimize credit performance and partner engagement.

You will collaborate with Citi and Tractor Supply teams to develop and execute store acquisition strategies, monitor performance data, and ensure compliance with credit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is required.
• 5–8 years of credit or sales territory management experience.
• Proven field-based sales track record.
• Ability to travel approximately 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships to drive credit applications.
• Serve as Citi contact for Tractor Supply leadership teams.
• Create strategy and execution plan for store new account acquisitions.
• Train stores and Direct Sales on credit value and compliance.
• Drive regional application performance improvements.
• Support credit events and store openings with training and optimization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Ts & Cs and procedures.
• Travel 75% to stores with frequent overnight stays.
• Represent Citi at partner meetings and trade events.
