Job summary

Citi is seeking an AVP, Field Sales Senior Officer to drive strategic credit initiatives and cultivate partnerships across Tractor Supply’s regions. The role demands travel (~75%) to stores and leadership collaboration with Citi’s partner engagement team.

Candidates should have a business/marketing degree and 5–8 years in credit or territory sales, with strong communication and analytical skills to grow credit applications and penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; 5–8 years credit or sales territory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven sales results with field-based targets and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Citi contact and relationship manager for Tractor Supply’s leadership teams and store personnel.
• Develop strategy for store new account acquisitions and regional compliance with cross-functional partners.
• Use data to assess store performance and guide training and engagement efforts.
• Train staff on credit value, compliant presentation, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate on strategies to improve regional application performance and credit events.
• Travel to stores; manage program execution for credit events and store openings.
• Ensure compliance with collateral, applications, Ts & Cs and procedures.
