Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Senior Field Reimbursement Manager to support Urology and Respiratory products, focusing on payer policies, coding, and reimbursement strategies across US hospitals and physician offices.

You will educate customers on reimbursement, lead strategic field initiatives, collaborate with Health Economics, and travel up to 50% to engage national and regional payers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Ability to educate customers on economic and reimbursement models.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly functional in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word, SalesForce.com.
• Up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Daily engagement with US hospital and office administrators to review coding and payer coverage policies and decisions.
• Educate customers on reimbursement, payments and coding.
• Influence the purchasing and/or reimbursement decision-making processes at all levels, including Medical Directors, Clinical, Policy, and C-Suite executives, physicians, biller, revenue cycle manager, VAC Committee members and national/regional payers.
• Establish relationships with national stakeholders within geography: national and regional health plan medical directors, policy analysts, claims processing, key practice managers, state/national societies.
• Lead reimbursement business reviews at key accounts and assist with economic and reimbursement reviews in advance of VAC meetings.
• Contribute to strategic discussions with Olympus Health Economics & Market Access for development of reimbursement materials and programs.
