Job summary

CarMax Enterprise Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Field Recruiting to lead full-cycle talent acquisition for CarMax field teams across multiple markets with a focus on structured selection and a strong candidate experience.

You will own the hiring strategy end to end, from requisition posting through interview scheduling and offers, while partnering with senior leaders to address hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the last 5 years.
• Experience recruiting across varied roles and supporting senior leaders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication across messaging, phone, email, and in person.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and structured workflows.
• Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates via multiple channels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans including proactive sourcing.
• Own the hiring strategy end to end from requisition to offer.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with leadership to support hiring strategy across markets.
• Coach managers on structured interview practices.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Participate in events to strengthen employer brand.
