Lucid Motors in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Sr. Field Quality Engineer – Software to diagnose, validate, and drive resolution of complex software issues across vehicle systems, OTA updates, and connected services.

You will connect real-world customer experiences with engineering solutions, prioritize field software problems, and ensure fixes are validated before deployment, to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
6+ years of automotive software quality, systems engineering, diagnostics, validation, field quality, or software development.
Strong understanding of vehicle software architectures, diagnostics, and system interactions.
Experience analyzing logs, telemetry, diagnostic traces, and software performance data.
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.

Aufgaben

Investigate complex software-related customer concerns across vehicle domains.
Analyze logs, telemetry, diagnostics, and field reports to identify failure modes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce defects and validate fixes.
Monitor OTA deployments and software release quality in the field.
Provide field observations to prioritize quality improvements.
Lead root cause analysis and verify corrective actions.
