Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking Pump Operators - CT (Level I/II) in Midland, TX. Level II incumbents mentor crew, troubleshoot pump operation, and independently direct rig activities, ensuring safe, compliant job execution and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or applicable relevant experience.
• Level II requires a minimum of 2 years of pump operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate, rig up, rig down, and maintain CT pumping equipment.
• Follow safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
• Complete job paperwork and logs accurately and timely.
• Maintain housekeeping, equipment readiness, and job-site cleanliness.
• Mentor and assist crew members during job execution (Level 2).
