Job summary

You will coordinate rig-up and rig-down activities under supervision, interact with customers and third-party personnel, and help keep equipment running smoothly to meet project goals.

This role requires strong knowledge of pump operations, DOT rules, field ticketing processes, and the Journey Management process.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, or applicable oilfield experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in oilfield operations.
• Licenses: Valid CDL A with appropriate endorsements for the vehicle type.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating procedures and ensure job safety.
• Aid in the execution of pumping operations.
• Coordinate rig-up and rig-down activities.
• Comply with SOPs and adjust to job scope changes.
• Assist in supervising crew members.
• Handle field ticketing and bonus sheets.
• Transport heavy equipment to and from job sites.
• Communicate with maintenance personnel to minimize downtime.
• Participate in safety meetings and address hazards.
• Prepare job reports for customers and management.
