Qualifications

• Residential property claims handling.
• Writing and reviewing Xactimate repair estimates.
• First-party homeowner claims investigations.
• Coverage analysis and damage assessment.
• Negotiating claim settlements and managing complex losses.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior field adjusting experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create damages estimates for complex 1st party homeowner losses.
• Builds mastered relationships with internal and external customers.
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in complex files.
• Applies mastered content in interpretation of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in training.
• Recommends process improvements.
