Job summary

National General Holdings Corp., part of the Allstate family, is seeking an Experienced Field Property Adjuster to handle complex homeowner property claims in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will investigate losses, prepare detailed repair estimates, and negotiate settlements while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with residential property claims, writing Xactimate estimates, on-site inspections, and mentoring less experienced adjusters.

Qualifications

• Strong experience handling residential property claims.
• Experience writing Xactimate estimates and conducting on-site inspections.
• Ability to manage complex first-party homeowner losses and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Estimate damages for complex 1st party homeowner losses.
• Investigate losses and determine coverage.
• Negotiate settlements and document activities in files.
• Build relationships with internal/external customers.
• Interpret policy types and assist leadership training.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
