Kiewit is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a field-based construction role in the South Central District. You will lead project teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and coordinate with clients, architects/engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors on-site to deliver projects.

The position emphasizes leadership, safety, and regulatory compliance, with extensive field work and mentorship of engineers. Mobility across Texas and surrounding states is required to ensure projects are completed

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant construction experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, and drawings.

Responsabilités

Organize and direct project teams to meet goals, with defined scope, schedule and budget.
Set up procedures and controls in line with drawings and contracts.
Represent project with client, constructor, subcontractors, and vendors at key meetings.
Coordinate training and ensure compliance with project procedures.
Authorize changes in scope, budget, or schedule.
Maintain client communications and adapt deliverables to needs.
Ensure work products meet industry standards and codes.
Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers.
Track progress against milestones using engineering fundamentals.
