Job summary

CobbFendley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex multi-disciplinary projects in Frisco, Texas. The role requires an engineering degree and a PE license, with extensive project management experience guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, risk management, and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will mentor staff and coordinate with clients, departments, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or related) meeting licensing requirements.
• PE license is required and active.
• 15+ years of relevant experience including Project Management experience at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financially successful projects using budgets, invoices, and staffing plans.
• Ensure contract reviews and risk management processes are followed.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams; provide leadership and direction.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and project teams.
• Lead technical efforts across multi-discipline projects and software tools.
