• Minimum 5 projects executed in the range of $5 million to $20 million.
• Ability to understand plans and specifications.

• Coordinate MEP work in commercial and industrial buildings.
• Manage schedules and subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and QAQC standards.
