Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven MEP construction experience.
• Minimum 5 projects executed in the range of $5 million to $20 million.
• Ability to understand plans and specifications.

Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for a Field Project Engineer with strong emphasis on coordinating MEP work in commercial and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following:

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven MEP construction experience
• 5+ years of safety and QAQC knowledge
• 5+ years of electrical trade specific knowledge
• 5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades
• 5+ years experience working with contracts and exhibits
• 5+ years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs
• Minimum 5 projects executed in the range of $5 million to $20 million
• Engineering degree with 5+ years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training
• Ability to read blueprints & specifications
• Industrial or federal or public work experience
• CAD proficiency
• Computer skills: email, Microsoft Word, Excel, RFI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
