ReModern Builders LLC in Watertown, MA is seeking an experienced Production Manager to run the field side of the business. You will manage field operations, budgets, and crews, reporting to the owner, with regular site presence across Greater Boston and MetroWest.

The role requires hands-on leadership on active projects, strong communication, and a track record of delivering high-end residential work with precision and quality craftsmanship.

Formación

• 8+ years in high-end residential construction, remodeling or custom homes.
• Experience pricing and managing change orders and tracking job budgets against actual cost.
• Buildertrend experience strongly preferred; comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all field operations across active projects, reporting directly to the owner.
• Manage and hold accountable two Superintendents, an Assistant Superintendent and our in-house carpentry crew.
• Build and run the weekly labor plan across all jobs, including scheduling outside carpenters and specialty crews.
• Own all change orders: gather costs, price them, and push to client approval.
• Own the rolling job budget and cost to complete in Buildertrend; answer client budget questions.
• Visit active jobsites regularly to check schedule, quality, safety, site setup and cleanliness.
• Enforce SOPs with the field team; manage daily logs and 24 hour email response.
• Escalate injuries or field mistakes and lead follow-up to prevent recurrence.
• Hold subcontractors to standards for workmanship, communication and schedule.
• Coach Superintendents to anticipate problems and prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Protect margins by catching rework and inefficiency; control field costs.
• Provide field input on pricing and constructability during preconstruction.
• Step in and run a project directly when needed.
