Job summary

ReModern Builders LLC in Watertown, MA is seeking a Production Manager to lead field operations across active projects, manage budgets and change orders, and ensure top-quality workmanship on site. Regular travel within Greater Boston and MetroWest is required.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of high-end residential construction experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with Buildertrend, Excel, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-end residential construction or remodeling.
• Experience pricing and managing change orders and tracking job budgets.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, carpentry, building systems and subcontractor coordination.
• Able to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications.
• Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations across active projects, reporting directly to the owner.
• Manage and hold accountable two Superintendents, an Assistant Superintendent and the in-house carpentry crew.
• Build and run the weekly labor plan across all jobs, including scheduling outside carpenters and crews.
• Own all change orders with costs, pricing, and client approvals.
• Own the rolling job budget and cost to complete in Buildertrend during production.
