Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10–17 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Field Procurement at temporary operating/jobsite locations.
• Supervision and career development of Field Procurement staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procurement operations function professionally and conform to policies.
• Oversee Field Purchasing, Expediting, Traffic & Logistics, and Materials Management.
• Plan staffing, salary plans, and conduct performance reviews.
• Prepare work hour estimates and staffing charts for project sites.
• Establish long-term staffing requirements and facilities/equipment needs.
