Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a seasoned Procurement Lead for the Chandler, AZ project site. You will manage procurement activities across Field Purchasing, Expediting, Traffic & Logistics, and Field Materials Management to support a major semiconductor facility project.

Role requires coordinating with site managers to ensure alignment with global policies, on-time delivery, and cost targets while maintaining safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Procurement operations on temporary operating and jobsite locations.
• Supervision of personnel and career development discussions.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensures procurement operations at the project jobsite function professionally and conform to policies.
• Oversees receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control and disposition of materials and equipment.
• Plans, directs and monitors staffing for Field Procurement personnel.
• Prepares work hour estimates and organizational charts for project activities.
