Lam Research Corporation seeks a Field Process Engineer to deliver process support, installations, and optimization for Lam equipment at customer sites. You will lead experimental design, data analysis, and recommendations to improve device architecture and process modules.

You’ll collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to meet technology requirements, address deviations, and drive continuous improvement. Hybrid on-site/remote work is available.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or related field; or MS with 3+ years of experience; or BS with 6+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and be on-call if needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide process support, installation, and improvement of productivity for Lam equipment at customer sites.
• Serve as field support for beta sites, evaluations, or first-in-fab installations.
• Design experiments, collect data, analyze results, and report recommendations to optimize device architecture.
• Collaborate with customers to meet tech requirements and address process deviations via root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand needs and roadmaps.
