Spire Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager for on-site work in South Florida. You will own projects from preplanning through execution and closeout, overseeing field teams and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver quality restoration and painting work on multifamily and hospitality properties.

You will review contracts, manage schedules using Procore and MS Project, and ensure on-site work aligns with plans, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial concrete restoration or building envelope projects.
• Strong experience with concrete repair, waterproofing, and façade restoration.
• Scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination experience.
• Managing labor forces and field leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Build, update, distribute and drive project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Set up, manage and ensure project documentation in Procore.
• Plan labor, material, equipment, and sequencing.
• Lead meetings, organize activities and report project progress to stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day field operations and QA/QC processes.
