Spire Building Solutions seeks a Director of Concrete Restoration & Building Envelope Operations to own the regional project portfolio, lead project teams, and deliver restoration and building preservation across the region.

You will oversee P&L, safety, quality, and client relationships from preconstruction through closeout, aligning with Spire's process-driven model and driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• 10+ years in multi-project construction operations and portfolio leadership.
• Experience leading Project Managers, Superintendents, and crews.
• Strong P&L and financial management at business-unit level.
• Self-performed concrete restoration, waterproofing, and building enclosure knowledge.
• Proven client-facing leadership with owners, associations, and managers.
• Willingness to travel region-wide.

Responsabilidades

• Hold end-to-end accountability for active and pipeline projects in the portfolio, ensuring on-schedule delivery within budget and standards.
• Balance resources, labor, equipment, and management attention across concurrent projects to optimize throughput and profitability.
• Establish and enforce consistent operating standards, processes, and reporting cadences across all project teams.
• Anticipate and resolve cross-project conflicts, bottlenecks, and risks before they affect cost, schedule, safety, or client confidence.
• Partner with sales, estimating, and preconstruction to maintain a healthy pipeline and a clean handoff of awarded work into operations.
• Lead, direct, and develop multiple project teams, setting clear expectations, goals, and accountability for PMs, Superintendents, and Foremen.
