Job summary

Spire Building Solutions, LLC in South Florida seeks hands-on concrete restoration, repair and painting craftspeople to join our field teams. • Experience in concrete restoration, repair, or building envelope work.
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and repair methods.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in South Florida conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on concrete restoration and repair on balconies, garages, facades, and structural elements.
• Chip, remove, and prepare damaged concrete using hand and power tools.
• Clean and treat exposed reinforcing steel (rebar).
• Complete patch repairs, forming, and pouring of concrete.
• Perform caulking, sealants, and waterproofing applications.
• Apply coatings such as elastomeric and protective systems.
• Assist with surface preparation (grinding, pressure washing, sandblasting).
• Work on ladders, scaffolding, and swing stages.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites.

Our work includes restoring aging structures, repairing damage, and protecting buildings from water intrusion and structural deterioration.
