Qualifications

• 5+ years of documented sound experience working with critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier III support to field technicians and field management in stabilizing emergency situations.
• Dispatches vendors in ticketing system and processes vendor invoices.
• Assists field technicians to reduce vendor dependency by solving issues internally.
• Participates as SME on task forces or cross-functional projects and advises on technical solutions.
