• Experience analyzing and solving complex network interoperability and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Develops/defines plans for implementing new plant construction or modifications to existing facilities.
• Prepares plans and specifications, including gathering field data.
• Ensures feasible, practical, and economical methods are used; provides cost data for capital planning.
• Monitors and controls project expenditures.
• Oversees installation/construction and testing of plant facilities.
• Analyzes local and wide area network systems and customer network environments; designs and configures operating systems and media.
