We seek seasoned professionals with leadership, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments. Travel and a valid driver's license are required for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of documented experience working with critical infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to drive and manage very complex technical tasks.
• Ability to travel on short notice; travel is required for the role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ensures specifications and expectations are met.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier III support to field technicians and management during emergencies.
• Dispatches vendors in the ticketing system and processes vendor invoices.
• Assists field technicians to reduce vendor dependence and resolve issues internally.
• Serves as SME on task forces and cross-functional projects; guides departments on solutions.
• Recommends solutions to improve network integrity and reliability through testing and evaluation.
• Participates in disaster recovery/response activities when needed.
