Danos seeks a Multi-Skilled Operator to safely operate and monitor oil and gas production equipment in Texas. You will manage gas-lift wells, ESPs, separators, and pipelines while ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety procedures.

This role requires strong field experience, troubleshooting ability, and the capacity to work independently while coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, and other support groups to optimize operations and data reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Strong field experience in oil & gas operations.
• Experience with gas lift systems and ESPs.
• Knowledge of three-phase separation and gas compression.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Experience with valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor producing wells, including gas-lifted wells and ESPs.
• Operate and monitor three-phase separators, gas compression equipment, control boards, and pipelines.
• Perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.
• Conduct routine field rounds, equipment inspections, and operating readings.
• Monitor well and equipment performance and take action to maximize production.
• Prepare equipment and facilities for maintenance activities.
• Issue work permits and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering to gather production data and optimize injection/flow rates.
• Track and document compression test data.
• Assist other operators and maintenance staff as needed.
