The position requires hands-on field participation, coordination across multiple groups, and the ability to resolve complex operational issues while maintaining accurate documentation and training alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline and a minimum of eight years of related experience.
• Experience supporting construction activities, field operations, or facility operations.
• Experience coordinating technical activities, operational projects, staffing, resources, and work execution.
• Ability to provide oversight and direction to personnel and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of safety requirements and regulatory compliance in industrial or nuclear facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior-level technical leadership for D&D and construction activities at TA-55.
• Coordinates work readiness, staffing, resources, and field execution across multiple groups.
• Oversees personnel and subcontractors and supports project planning and budgeting.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures compliance with laboratory policies and safety standards.
