Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7 years of field engineering or construction management experience.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required within 6 months of hire; First Aid/CPR required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a field team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to safety and specs.
• Coordinate with project managers, self-perform teams, subs, and suppliers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Review daily field docs and incident records for timely reporting.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
