Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Monterey Park, CA seeks a Senior Field Operations Associate to manage warehouse activities, including receipt, processing, packaging and storage of supplies and equipment, and to coordinate shipping/receiving while optimizing space and safety.

Responsibilities

• Check inventory and participate in cycle counts as needed.
• Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for specs.
• Clean, maintain, and organize storage areas per safety rules.
• Inspect stock for wear/defects and report issues.
• Support quality initiatives at the branch.
• Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, and carriers to expedite deliveries.
• Manage inventories and alert when supplies run low.
• Collaborate with internal resources for alternative product obtainment.

## Senior Field Operations AssociateApply: California, Monterey Park 525 Monterey Pass Road: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R574442Work Flexibility: Onsite**Location:** 525 Monterey Pass Rd., Monterey Park, CA**Starting Pay**: $31.05/hr. + $1.00/hr. shift premium**Shift**: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with required overtime and on-call rotation**Summary:**As the Senior Field Operations Associate, you will administer and operate the organization's warehouses, including receipt, processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. You will assist in the preparation and coordination of schedules for shipping and receiving materials, controlling the flow of goods and regulating warehouse space. Also, you will ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.**What You Will Do:*** Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products/participate in cycle counting when necessary.* Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.* Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to comply with safety regulations.* Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.* Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch.* Confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries.* Manage inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies.* Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments).**What You Need:***Required:** 3+ years of relevant experience* High School diploma or equivalent* Valid Driver’s license with good driving record* Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.*Preferred:** Warehouse/Inventory Control experience* Associate’s degree*$31.05 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits*Travel Percentage: 40%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
