Job summary

Sawgrass Ford is hiring an experienced Mobile Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles at customers' locations across the assigned territory. This field-based role requires traveling to sites, performing maintenance, and delivering quality service in a climate-controlled facility when not on the road.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in a service shop, strong diesel and hydraulic knowledge, and ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in field service.
• Clear communication with customers and team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in field service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and brake inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty components and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Communicate repair information to service advisor and customers.
• Stay current with diagnostic methods and service techniques.
