Job summary
Freeway Fleet Services, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician with 5+ years of diesel repair experience for on-site field service in Florida.
You will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered trucks and equipment at customer sites, travel to locations, and deliver professional service while upholding safety standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting engines, drivetrains, fuel systems, and transmissions, providing clear estimates, and maintaining service records.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience as a diesel technician, preferably with mobile service.
- ASE Medium/Heavy Truck Certification(s) or OEM training preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, drivetrains, fuel systems, and diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations for maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues in diesel systems.
- Perform engine, brake, fuel system, and transmission repairs.
- Operate diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot performance issues.
- Provide clear repair estimates and maintain service records.
