Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Medical to serve as a trusted scientific partner for the medical community within the South Central US, including MO, OK, KS, AR.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO) strongly preferred; DNP also considered.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or related industry, with rare disease/neurology/ endocrinology focus preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, patient care pathways, and evolving medical landscape within the territory.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and ethical standards (GCP, ICH, PhRMA, OIG) governing Medical Affairs.
• Exceptional scientific acumen with ability to interpret and communicate complex data to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build credible relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong insight-generation and strategic thinking to translate field observations into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and foster collaboration to achieve objectives.
• Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to adjust priorities in a changing environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; experience leading scientific discussions and training.
• Self-motivated with solid organizational and territory planning skills.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.

• Serve as a trusted scientific partner to external experts by delivering evidence-based scientific exchange that supports Rhythm’s medical strategy.
• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans with KOLs and healthcare professionals to advance medical strategy, evidence generation, and decision-making.
• Provide timely, balanced scientific and clinical information to the medical community and investigators.
• Identify opportunities for research collaborations and support trials, registries, and real-world evidence initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to medical, scientific, and strategic initiatives at local, regional, and national levels.
• Interpret and communicate complex data to address educational and research needs of stakeholders while ensuring compliance.
• Travel frequently to support field-based medical activities and congresses.
• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and adhere to regulatory requirements.
