Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the field marketing organization.

MSP-Facing Engagement & Community Development

Own strategy and execution for MSP-focused events within the region, including roadshows, user groups, association events, peer groups, and grassroots community activations.

Build strong relationships across the MSP ecosystem, including influencers, associations, peer networks, and technology alliances.

Drive MSP recruitment as a core go-to-market strategy, supporting the expansion of the WatchGuardONE partner base through targeted events, campaigns, and community activations.

Optimize tactics and budget allocation to ensure maximum impact on marketing‑influenced and sourced pipeline.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Build strong collaboration between Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Global Demand teams to ensure regional customization and flawless execution of campaigns.

Collaborate with PR and Social Media teams to amplify regional visibility, thought leadership, customer advocacy, and partner success stories.

Serve as a strong voice for the North America MSP and channel community within WatchGuard.
