Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a Canvassing Manager to oversee a field-based team across the Brooklyn territory. You will coach, mentor, and empower Direct Marketing Agents to outperform and generate a strong pipeline of qualified appointments for sales consultants.

The role requires traveling to Farmingdale, NY for weekly office visits and 3 weeks of training; then 1 day per week thereafter.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Prior management experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead From the Front: guide field outreach and set daily goals with the team.
• Motivate & Coach: develop a high-performing Direct Marketing team.
• Drive Lead Volume: oversee outreach to build a strong pipeline of appointments.
• Maintain Excellence: ensure professional interactions reflect leadership standards.
• Be the Product Expert: train team to educate homeowners on our offerings.
