Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a Canvassing Manager to oversee a field-based team in Brooklyn with weekly travel to Farmingdale, NY. You will coach Direct Marketing Agents, drive lead generation, and set daily goals to exceed targets while modeling high-energy leadership.

You’ll recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring professional field outreach and a strong pipeline of qualified appointments for our sales consultants, with full-time hours.
