Twilio Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for the North region (UK & Nordics). This remote-first role leads regional field marketing and high-touch event strategy to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth across core accounts.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in enterprise software/SaaS field marketing and proven pipeline impact.
• Deep familiarity with UK & Nordics region and local event ecosystems.
• Excellent written and spoken English for messaging and buyer engagement.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools to track ROI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with North Sales Leadership to align event programs with revenue targets.
• Design hyper-focused event experiences (C-level dinners, roundtables, roadshows).
• Lead end-to-end strategy, localization, speaker sourcing, and venue management.
• Represent the regional presence at major conferences with partners.
• Establish SLAs for lead follow-up and pipeline conversion.
• Develop post-event content to maintain momentum with accounts.
• Measure success with pipeline, velocity, and revenue metrics.
• Manage regional field marketing budget and local vendors.
