Job summary

Opal Security is seeking an experienced field/event marketer to lead end-to-end experiential programs in a fast-growing, security-focused B2B SaaS environment. You will drive pipeline from identity events, manage executive dinners and roundtables, and own speaker operations and ROI analytics.

You will collaborate across channels and partners to scale a high-impact field function, working from our San Francisco base to convert events into measurable opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field/event marketing in B2B SaaS, ideally security or infrastructure.
• Proven track record in driving pipeline and opportunities, not just leads or attendance.
• Experience running intimate executive formats (dinners, roundtables) attended by CEOs/investors.

Responsibilities

• Own Opal's field and experiential motion end to end as a pipeline channel.
• Run the booth and activation portfolio across identity events and practitioner events.
• Own the dinner and intimate format program start to finish.
• Manage speaker operations and CFP submissions with technical speakers as a key asset.
• Own the regional event calendar, budget allocation, and ROI modeling.
• Coordinate partner-hosted and co-branded events aligned to the channel pipeline goal.
• Own the event-to-pipeline handoff to SDRs and AEs to convert programs to opportunities.
