Medtronic plc in the United States is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive market development and share gain for Microstream capnography within the US. The role is remote with 50% travel and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and medical affairs.

You will partner with Global Integrated Marketing to create regional campaigns, leverage digital and traditional tactics, and measure outcomes against objectives.

Competenze

• Requires a BA degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing for products in highly competitive, saturated markets.
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with customers, field sales, and internal partners.
• Self-motivation and autonomy, taking ownership of the work without prompting to drive productivity and results with limited oversight from manager.

• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and Research and Medical Affairs to develop market development strategies and regional tactics.
• Implement regional segmentation and targeting to identify and capture new opportunities for field sales and account-based marketing.
• Transfer knowledge and best practices to accelerate technology adoption with US sales teams.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, society partners, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to inform strategies and initiatives.
• Partner with Global Integrated Marketing to create assets that support sales and drive product adoption.
• Develop and deploy regional marketing campaigns tailored to key accounts and decision-makers.
• Execute account-based demand generation programs using digital and traditional channels.
• Track performance and report on the impact of activities.
