Job summary

Ultipro in Tulsa seeks a Machine Field Technician III to perform high-quality repair services on equipment, ensuring timely responses to customer needs and maximum value for work performed.

The role requires completing jobs to tight flat-rate times, handling extensive wiring, diagnostics, and crane/rigging tasks, and mentoring teammates. A CDL may be required and a clean driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Must complete Work Steps assessment and, if field assignment, obtain CDL within 90 days.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain CDL within 90 days; may need DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs and tasks to meet flat rate times and re-do metrics.
• Complete related paperwork and access databases required to complete job (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately and timely.
• Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with ability to self-monitor work quality.
• Must provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to the customer.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, give recommendations for repairs and perform all critical machine and engine repairs and adjustments.
• Test and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments.
• Mentor Machine team members.
