Precision Walls seeks a Superintendent to lead large commercial drywall projects, manage field foremen, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget on site. You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with safety, and guide crews through complex framing and hanging tasks.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial drywall experience.
• Ability to lead field teams and develop customer relationships.
• Strong work ethic with multitasking ability.
• Instruct drywall/ceiling labor methodologies to crews.
• Computer and tech savvy for reporting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead large commercial drywall projects (metal stud framing and hanging).
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget adherence on all jobs.
• Develop and manage field foremen and team performance.
• Recruit, select, and evaluate personnel and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with General Contractors and clients.
• Coordinate with Safety Team to enforce rules and training.
