Kitchen Tune-Up Main Line, PA is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations on remodeling job sites, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. This leadership role requires strong communication and hands-on site management.

The candidate will monitor progress, align with the Project Manager, and maintain safety and organizational standards across multiple projects. This on-site position emphasizes professionalism and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in residential remodeling or construction.
• Prior team lead or foreman-level experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring remodeling projects meet specifications, on time, and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, enforce quality and safety standards, and report updates to the Project Manager.
