Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a 4-year college or university.
• 6+ years’ experience in field operations, launch execution, or related roles.
• Ability to operate in high-intensity environments with multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide surge execution support for launches and high-impact changes.
• Translate launch plans into actionable field tasks with clear ownership.
• Identify dependencies and mitigate readiness risks with owners.
• Support cutover planning and go-live readiness with checklists.
• Coordinate hypercare during launch windows for rapid triage and resolution.
• Drive rapid stabilization by closing issues and fixing root causes.
• Align execution details across teams to reduce last-minute churn.
• Maintain an integrated view of readiness signals for leadership.
