Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Installation Manager to lead a field team and ensure on-time installation and delivery of laundry equipment. You will coordinate with sales, venting, and warehouse to optimize schedules and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, managing budgets, and responding to customer issues. Must have 7-10 years' related experience, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and valid forklift

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 7-10 years related experience.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Route and Warehouse Management experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret general business documents.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the on-time deliveries through proper scheduling of residential appliance equipment sales for the branch.
• Coordinate deliveries with sales, card services and venting department for venting and room renovations.
• Schedule and coordinate warehouse shipping and receiving including parts and corporate orders.
• Maintain company software for receipts and transfers.
• Maintain inventory of machines and accessories for deliveries and equipment setup.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment including forklifts, jacks and delivery trucks.
• Manage and oversee delivery personnel for proper installation procedures.
• Respond to customer complaints.
• Monitor budgets.
• Coordinate with sales to ensure efficient execution of new installation orders.
• Work in the field assisting and training installation staff as needed.
• Ensure staff works safely per government regulations and company safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
