Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking a Lead Appliance Install Driver in the Nashville area to actively install and deliver laundry equipment and related technology. You will guide teammates through complex installations and ensure quality handoffs to customers.

duties include driving a box truck, loading gear, instructing customers, and proactively managing inventory for on-time execution. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with DOT age 21+ compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• DOT state requirement applies to age (21+).
• Experience in appliance repair or related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install laundry equipment at customers' homes and client locations.
• Install ancillary technology (card readers, digital enhancements).
• Drive a box truck to deliver, collect, or service equipment.
• Prepare equipment for delivery and loading.
• Instruct customers on safe and proper operation of equipment.
• Maintain inventory and replenish parts on route as needed.
• Mentor and train other Installers on best practices.
• Audit warehouse prep activities for team readiness.
