Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking a field service technician to deliver, install and service residential laundry equipment at customer homes. You will handle equipment preparation, testing, and safe installation of water, electrical, gas, and venting components.

Strong customer communication and problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced field environment. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to obtain certifications, and a willingness to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule as needed

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with washers/dryers; plumbing, gas fitting and venting knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for field-based service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for delivery by assembling parts before loading onto trucks.
• Test and inspect appliances at warehouse prior to loading.
• Deliver, install, and service residential laundry equipment at customer homes.
• Connect water, electrical, gas, and venting components as required.
• Level, test, and troubleshoot to ensure proper operation.
• Document all delivery and service records accurately per standards.
• Respond to service calls for in-unit repairs and part replacements.
• Maintain safety and professionalism when interacting with customers.
