Qualifications

• Completed 30hr OSHA Training.
• Completed Field Management Training.
• Ability to effectively manage crews of 30+ employees.
• Advanced Knowledge of Bluebeam, OST, and Quick bid.
• Ability to read detailed blueprints and comply with building codes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a trade crew of 30+ employees.
• Communicate staffing needs to the Production Manager.
• Participate in pre-planning for project goals.
• Ensure proper job staffing and perform routine QA inspections.
• Monthly forecasting of job costs.
