Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a 4-year college, or five (5) years of related commercial construction industry experience.
• Familiar with ICBO, ASTM, ANSI, ACI, UMC standards.
• Ability to solve practical problems and examine a variety of tangible variables.

Responsibilities

• Plan project elements/divisions based on Owner and Sub Contractor contracts.
• Read and comprehend blueprints for discussions with stakeholders.
• Develop and train project teams including engineers and laborers.
• Assist with estimating and perform quantity take-offs.

Skills

Ability to read and analyze construction documents

Effective communication with Managers and Vendors
