Hedrick Brothers Construction is seeking a Foreman to lead field personnel on Florida projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion per plans and specs. The Foreman will coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors while enforcing company safety policies.

Responsibilities include developing weekly work plans, reading drawings and specs, supervising carpentry, layout, and finish work, and ensuring daily field reports are accurate. Procore experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of construction leadership experience.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification required or obtainable.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct field crews to complete work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Develop and maintain weekly work plans, including manpower, equipment, and material scheduling.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Supervise carpentry, layout, and finish work; monitor progress and quality.
• Promote and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
