Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in heavy highway construction with knowledge of project scope.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
• Strong scheduling and planning knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Good time management; able to work outdoors in heat.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, lift and push.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of crews and enforce Prince safety policies.
• Coordinate field crew activities and monitor productivity.
• Assess crew competency and address performance issues.
• Translate requirements into prioritized work plans.
• Review schedules and adjust workforce activities to meet deadlines.
• Inspect sites for hazards and communicate conflicts to leads.
• Prepare reports and manage material requisitions.
• Maintain time reporting for all personnel.
