Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Foreman for its PCI Austin 549 operations for projects in San Antonio, TX. The role will oversee crew safety, productivity, and quality while coordinating with superintendents and project managers to ensure successful project execution.

The candidate should have 5+ years in a Foreman/Supervisor role, strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in reading shop drawings and managing large crews.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
• Ability to supervise and manage crews effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in reading cold formed metal framing shop drawings.
• Experience managing crews of 20+ craftsmen.
• Understanding of wall framing limiting heights and UL assemblies.
• Proficient in quality control.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out
• Use look‑ahead schedules, manpower forecasts and project specifications to provide optimum scheduling of material, manpower and crew mix
• Direct and assign crew field activities to maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety
• Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co‑workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
• Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation
• Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently
