Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Foreman for the PCI Austin 549 operations with projects in San Antonio, TX.

You will be responsible for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality, coordinating startup, execution and close out with the superintendent and project manager. You will use look-ahead schedules to optimize material, manpower and crew mix, direct field activities for maximum productivity, and maintain PCG standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in a Foreman/Supervisor role.
• Track record of successfully performing supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in reading cold formed metal framing shop drawings.
• Managed a crew size of 20+ craftsmen.
• Understanding of wall framing limiting heights and UL assemblies.
• Proficient in quality control.
• Able to stand for long periods and work outside.
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks, lift 40 pounds.

Performance Contracting is seeking a Foreman for its PCI Austin 549 operations for projects in San Antonio, TX. This individual will be responsible for:

• Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out
• Use look-ahead schedules, manpower forecasts and project specifications to provide optimum scheduling of material, manpower and crew mix
• Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety
• Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co-workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
• Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation
• Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently
• Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• On-the-job training offered

This position is safety-sensitive.

Hourly range: $30 - $34 an hour.

Basic Requirements
